When I opened my Fundrise account back in June 2021, I promised that I’d keep you posted on how it’s going. Remember- I opened it with just $1,000 (here’s the original post). Here’s a quick snapshot below showing the value now, just 5 months later.
I’ve gained 147.20 in value in 5 months! Not bad for an investment that I’ve had to do absolutely no work for.
And the “cash-out” part that you see shows the $0.67 in dividend income that has been dispersed to my bank account. You can also set your account up so that those dividend funds are automatically reinvested instead of dispersed.
