By the age of 30 I owned and managed 7 rental units. No, I did not hit the lottery nor was I left a hefty inheritance. I started out in Real Estate Investment with the goal of building wealth but I had no idea what I was doing. I learned some hard lessons and had some major wins- but it wasn't easy.
