Your ticket includes hotel accommodations for 3 nights at a luxury Black owned boutique hotel in Houston. Each of our 10 attendees will have a private hotel suite. We've rented out the entire hotel, so we will have the place to ourselves during the retreat! You are only responsible for your travel - we will take care of the rest!

During this retreat, we want to create an experience where you can fully focus on resting, learning, strategizing, and connecting, without having to worry about a thing. All meals and snacks will be thoughtfully prepared and included, so you can spend your time relaxing, planning big moves, and building real connections. Erika went from living paycheck to paycheck to building a real estate portfolio worth over $5 million—all while raising her kids, growing multiple businesses, and walking fully in her purpose.
Kendra walked away from her 9-5 at age 32 thanks to real estate investments, and went on to create The Key Resource and write the book ACRES to help others achieve financial freedom too.
Together, they’ve taught thousands of women how to build wealth through real estate—without waiting on perfect credit, a big inheritance, or permission from anyone.

Do you offer refunds?
If you'd like to share your room with a friend, your friend will still need to pay for a retreat ticket. Please reach out to us directly if this is the case.
Can I bring a friend?
Each attendee will have a private hotel room with private bathroom to themselves. No roommates. And, we have the entire boutique hotel to ourselves for the weekend!
Will I be sharing a room?
Our focus for this event is for investors who already own property and are looking to optimize and scale, but stay tuned for another opportunity if you are looking to purchase your first rental!
If I don't own properties yet, can I still attend?
Nope! Your lodging is covered in your ticket cost. All you have to do is pay for your travel!
Do I have to pay for the hotel room seperately?
Yes. This retreat is for women who own at least one rental property.
